Step 1:

-          Greeting people correctly

Step 2:

-          Conjugate the present tense to tell what you and others do

-          Describe what you normally eat in different meals.

-          Decode a restaurant menu

-          Order food in a restaurant addressing the waiter/waitress correctly

-          Express any special diets and allergies

-          Practise long numbers to pay for the bill correctly

-          Familiarise yourself with the near future tense

Step 3:

-          Book accommodation

-          Express your special requests when booking

-          Ask for queries and the check-in process

-          Set a complaint if necessary

-          Conjugate the preterite tense to describe what you did in the past

-          Describe your last holiday

-          Talk to locals about the weather in the past and present
